Welcome to Best Expert. Operated by Best Expert Foundation — a licensed Saudi entity headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bound by the Kingdom's applicable laws and regulations.

This document sets out the legal terms governing your use of the platform and all of its educational services. By using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any clause, please do not use the platform or its services.

"Platform" means the Best Expert website, its applications, and all educational services delivered under the Best Expert brand.

"User" means any natural or juristic person who browses, registers, or purchases any of the platform's services.

"Content" means courses, videos, text, images, certificates, and anything else produced or displayed on the platform.

"Mentor/Instructor" means a person delivering a course on the platform under Best Expert's direction.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a responsible guardian.

You must have full legal capacity to contract, and you must use the platform for lawful personal and educational purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up, and for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to originate from you. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or provides inaccurate information.

Best Expert provides educational content in beauty and skincare under the direction of certified experts.

Access to content is paid and granted under a personal, non-transferable, non-resellable, non-redistributable licence.

Certificates issued upon course completion attest to your achievement and do not substitute for any formal government or academic qualification.

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and may be subject to VAT under applicable law.

Payments are processed through the certified Tap Payments gateway and support Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay.

The platform may amend prices at any time. Such amendments do not affect a completed prior purchase.

The refund policy published on the platform applies in full. Please review it before any purchase.

All content on the platform (text, videos, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Best Expert Foundation and is protected by Saudi intellectual-property laws and international treaties.

Copying, retransmission, distribution, modification, or publication of the content without prior written permission from the Foundation is prohibited.

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates public order, morality, or applicable regulations.

You may not upload or post content that promotes hatred, contains false information, infringes on others' rights, or causes harm.

You may not attempt to compromise the platform, bypass security measures, or use automated tools to extract data or copy content.

You may add reviews and ratings on content you have purchased, provided they are honest, respect public decency, and do not infringe on any party's rights.

The platform may delete or amend any review that violates these standards without prior notice.

Our services are provided "as is" for educational purposes and do not substitute for specialised medical or professional advice.

We do not warrant that the platform will be free from technical interruptions or errors, despite our ongoing efforts to improve the experience.

Best Expert and its mentors disclaim any liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts you actually paid to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The platform may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

You may close your account at any time through support.

The platform may terminate your account upon a material breach of these terms while reserving the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Competent courts in Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
