2. Content ownership
All content on the platform (videos, text, images, designs, logos, source code, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Best Expert Foundation.
3. Prohibited practices
Downloading, re-recording, copying, retransmitting, or distributing the content via any channel — including messaging apps and social media — is prohibited.
Reselling or sharing the account with any other party in any form is prohibited.
4. Technical protection
We apply advanced encryption and protection measures to all content. Any attempt to bypass these measures will result in immediate account closure and exposes the user to legal action.
5. Reporting infringement
If you spot any infringement of our content or any other party's rights, contact us at ip@bestexpert.online with clear details.
6. Consequences
Consequences include account closure, claims through the service provider, recourse to competent Saudi authorities, and damages.
7. Your rights as a trainee
You have the right to access the content you have purchased under a personal-use licence during the specified access period and to benefit from it to develop your skills.
