5. Responding to your requests
We commit to respond to your verified requests within thirty (30) days at most.
6. Children
We do not process data of minors under 18 without parental consent, and we do not direct our services to them.
7. Data transfer
Any transfer of data outside the Kingdom is subject to the controls of the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) and the law's provisions.
8. Breach notification
In the event of a material data breach, we will notify the regulatory authorities and affected users within the timeframes set by the law.
