1. General principle
At Best Expert we care about your learning experience. Refunds are handled by request and are subject to discretionary administrative review under the conditions below; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
2. Eligibility
Online courses: non-refundable once access is granted, content is viewed, or materials are made available, except in the case of a verified platform-side technical fault (referred to administrative review).
Offline courses, consultations, beauty services and store products: a refund request may be submitted, subject to administrative review and approval; submission does not guarantee approval.
The request must be submitted from the same account used for the purchase, with a clear reason for the request.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not granted in the following cases: online courses after access is granted, viewed, or materials made available (unless a verified platform-side technical fault is established), or where the policy has been abused. All other requests remain subject to discretionary administrative review.
4. Process
To file a request, contact support at refund@bestexpert.online with your order number and the reason for the refund.
The request will be reviewed within five (5) business days, and the decision will be communicated to you by email.
5. Refund timing
If accepted, the amount is returned to the original payment method within seven to fourteen (7–14) business days, depending on your issuing bank.
6. Partial refund
In exceptional cases, the platform may grant a partial refund after individual review.
7. Platform's right
The platform reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions, or where policy abuse is suspected.
