Refund Policy

How and when you may request a refund

1. General principle

At Best Expert we want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. That is why we offer a transparent and fair refund policy.

2. Eligibility

You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided your view progress does not exceed 20% of the course content.

The request must be submitted from the same account used for the purchase, with a clear reason for the request.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not granted in the following cases: more than 7 days have elapsed since purchase, viewing progress exceeds 20%, any course material has been downloaded, or where the policy has been abused.

4. Process

To file a request, contact support at refund@bestexpert.online with your order number and the reason for the refund.

The request will be reviewed within five (5) business days, and the decision will be communicated to you by email.

5. Refund timing

If accepted, the amount is returned to the original payment method within seven to fourteen (7–14) business days, depending on your issuing bank.

6. Partial refund

In exceptional cases, the platform may grant a partial refund after individual review.

7. Platform's right

The platform reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions, or where policy abuse is suspected.
