At Best Expert your privacy is a top priority. We adhere to the highest standards of data protection in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable regulations.

We collect three categories of data: (1) account data — name, email, mobile number, profile picture.

(2) usage data — visited pages, course progress, platform interactions, IP address, browser type.

(3) payment data — processed entirely through the certified Tap Payments gateway. We do not store card numbers.

We process your data based on: (a) your explicit consent, (b) performance of the educational contract between you and the platform, (c) our compliance with regulatory obligations, (d) our legitimate interest in improving the service.

We use data to deliver educational services, manage your account, process payments, improve UX, send service notifications, and respond to your requests.

We do not use your data for any marketing purpose outside Best Expert without your explicit consent.

We share the minimum required data only with trusted service providers: the Tap payment gateway, analytics services (aggregated only), and certified cloud hosting providers.

We never sell your data to any third party, nor do we share it for marketing purposes outside Best Expert.

We may transfer some data to other countries for hosting or analytics. Any such transfer happens in accordance with the Saudi PDPL and with appropriate contractual safeguards in place.

We retain your data for as long as you use the platform and for the period required to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law.

We apply strict technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including in-transit and at-rest encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring of our systems.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data, within the limits the law permits.

The platform is not directed at individuals under 18. If we become aware that data of a minor was collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform.
